Team Dynamics and Performance Therapy (TDPT) uses therapeutic and organisational psychology techniques to address team underperformance and transform teams into the best possible versions of themselves.
We utilise individual motivations and analysis of team dynamics to understand what drives individuals within a team to behave the way they do, and how that affects their performance as part of that team.
This understanding of the hidden drives of every individual can unlock the pathway to improved communication across the team, greater understanding between team members, improved well-being, and ultimately high performance.
We utilise up-to-date research to inform our practice and evaluate our methods. This, and the combination of a broad range of therapeutic training, based on results that work, has led to the development of TDPT.
