HWP programmes are delivered in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, aligned with the standards of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
All cohort learning is conducted within clear professional boundaries, with respect for confidentiality, safeguarding and clinical responsibility.
Programmes do not replace supervision. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate supervisory arrangements in line with their professional body’s requirements.
