The integrative sequence

We explore a structured three-phase approach to integration in practice:

1. Cognitive clarification

Identifying hot thoughts and tracing unwanted patterns to underlying core beliefs. Participants develop greater precision in formulation and clearer intervention direction.

2. Experiential access

Working with the associated emotional imprint rather than factual reconstruction. Through contained and guided processes, participants learn how to engage affect safely and intentionally.

3. Person-Centred integration

Bringing belief and feeling into current awareness and working with the whole pattern through the therapist’s primary modality. This stage strengthens applied confidence while preserving modality integrity.

All work is underpinned by the relational conditions essential to effective therapeutic practice.

Format

  • One full-day in-person intensive

  • Two structured online follow-up skills labs

  • Cohort size: 8–12 participants

  • Experiential, applied and professionally contained learning environment

The follow-up labs support continued integration, allowing participants to rehearse, reflect and refine application within their own clinical work.
